Help! Awful Highlights, What Can I Do!?

Yesterday I went in to have my hair colored and for ("partial highlights"). I couldn't get in anywhere, so I went to a beauty school (I love JCCC beauty school however, this was a different one). Needless to say, I was there 4 hours!! After they colored my hair, they put in foils. After 45 mintues! I all but demanded that they take the foils out. Not only am I too blonde, the highlights are not even! I am a pretty tough gal, but I was almost in tears. I don't want to go back to have them fix it (how can they), as I am afraid they will make it worse. Advice??

What can I do next?

dodnt sweat it its just color and color can be changed easily its not a bad cut wich would be a lot more concern i am a stylist in op I have a Studio on Metcalf M. Studio 217/ ###-###-#### inside Sola Salon come see me I am fairly priced and it wont cost you a fortune to fix probably some low lites(a few darker peices and some toner) youll be good as new. Like I said they did not cut your hair off. Some times a bad experience can turn into somthing wonderful!!

You either go back and ask for a teacher to correct the problem, or haul yourself to a reputable salon who you know you can trust! If you do the latter, call the school and request a refund or a credit for the future. You could use the credit even for your husband or kids for basic cuts.
Good luck!

Go back!!!!!!! Have the person who got you in this mess, fix it..it is her responsibility. She can put toner on your highlights to make them less blonde, and this process can be repeated until your happy with the color. MAKE SURE their is a teacher standing close by. It was your choice to go to a school....and with that, its always a risk. It could be a lot worse.....color you can change...you cant glue on your hair after a horrible Haircut. Good luck!

i feel ya sister! i hate it when this happens. i ended up with crayola orange on my very light blonde hair. and eight hours in the chair, somehow.
if you could bring tourself to try again, maybe you could ask for someone about to graduate or an instructor. i think you should make sure they know how badly they jacked up your hair! maybe this is not his/her calling?! God bless you and your hair!!
