Ohhhhhhhhhhhh do I feel for you right now! I had the same exact thing and the only thing people ever told me when I mentioned it rather than give advice was .... You are going to have a hairy baby! They were right- full head of hair! lol I eventually talked to my Dr and here are some of the things I did that he suggested....
I did find that sleeping on my left side with my head just slightly elevated helped. I would have to put a pillow kindda under my belly though or I would roll over from the size and 2 small pillows between my knees.
I also would chew sugar free spearamint gum and for some reason it helped... the rest of the time I just chewed on Rolaids (cherry is the least chalky)... I cant stand the chalkiness of the Tums.
Grazing all day rather than eating meals. I stopped eating all fruits and although I could not stop drinking soda I cut back. I would also make sure I drank plent of water!
The day before I had an emergency c-section (34 weeks) he prescribed something for me since it started to get worse again... I wish I could remember the name but I never got to take it! lol
I would call your OB in the morning and ask for something that would be safe for both you and your baby. Also, if you plan on BF make sure it will be safe for then too since you are so close to the end of the pregnancy.
Good luck and many blessings!
