-Shepherd's pie (have her make it w/ground turkey for a healthier version)
-Seasoned taco meat (all you have to do it thaw, heat & serve w/tacos &
toppings)
-fajita filling (hv her marinate & cook the thin steaks then buy a pack of
frozen red/yellow peppers & onions to quickly cook up on the night you
are going to use it)
-veggie lasagna
-hv her pick up some veggie burger patties you can keep in the freezer
-she can make chicken/veggie soup then you freeze it
-this she an make one night but not freeze...veggie stir fry w/rice
-spaghetti sauce w/ground turkey. The night you thaw out, you cook up
the pasta noodles
-chicken pot pie (not quite as healthy but yummy)
