an internal exam can cause cramping and bleeding. continue to wait this one out and follow the guidance of your dr. try to relax and not stress about it.
best of luck!

If it’s not doubling every 48 hours, the outcome is generally not good... been there many times myself, will keep you in my thoughts.

ETA: be sure that your Dr follows your hcg all the way back to zero, there are some rare but serious risks that you’d wanna be monitored for.

Generally an hcg over 25 means pregnant.
Normally it increases rapidly roughly doubling every few days.
However if there's a problem, it's not viable or it's ectopic - levels can slow or stop.

It's really best to be talking with your doctor about this.
Sometimes you just have to wait and see what happens.

Welcome to mamapedia.

Call your OB/GYN. A doctor is who can help you. You need to be examined by a doctor and blood tests ran again.

If it's "RED" blood? It's fresh.
If it's "BROWN" blood? It's old.

If you had an internal exam? It causes pain and cramping.
