I am a personal trainer in Tomball and have come across this question before. I would highly encourage you not to do it. If it's the same program I've had experience with in the past, they require you to limit yourself to 800 calories/day or a similar silly gimmick. Chances are there is something small you need to tweak in either your routine or your nutrition.
