I like plain water, real lemon/lime juice in water and herbal tea.
No need to buy anything expensive.
My friend says the shakes, water flavoring and tea are amazing. Let me know any thoughts. I currently have one Shakeology a day. Thanks!

I can't stand them. They have a very artificial taste to me and I get stomach cramps from the shakes.
I have no problem with Arbonne but I don't think I'd buy my nutrition from a cosmetics company... My two cents.

What do they cost???
I was given a free Arbonne shake sample years ago, and mixed it according to the package, and suffered this horrible regurgitation issue for hours. It's like my body would not digest it, so it eventually tasted like vomit in the back of my mouth for hours. So, you guessed it, I did not consider buying more of that particular product.
However, I've heard good things about their cosmetics, but anyone who spends that much $$ on their cosmetics is sort of obliged to I imagine.
I like protein shakes that I make myself with whey protein we buy through a health food store or Amazon.
if i want a protein shake i just make a green smoothie and add raw hemp protein powder.
i haven't seen any commercial protein shakes that don't have an ingredient list as long as my arm.
no thanks.

You can get the same shake at your healthfood or grocery store, or make your own, for less than half the cost. Anything Arbonne is ridiculously overpriced.
ETA: I have to agree with TF - MLM's will tell you what you NEED to hear to invest and buy.
I've not used Arbonne. I picked up a shake from a wrestling meet a few weeks ago - it's supposed to be a meal replacement shake - I followed the directions to the "T"....it was OKAY - however - within an hour of consuming it? I had a HORRIBLE headache and then about 2 hours later? Horrible stomach cramps followed by a eeewwwy...diarrhea.
I've had the Medifast shakes - no problems.
What are you trying to accomplish???
