When has a bath NOT made you feel better?
I found a page on Pinterest that says that if you put peroxide and ginger in your bath that it helps to detox you and clear up colds, etc. New to this kind of stuff so I'm just wondering if you've tried it?

I do detox baths all the time in various forms. Peroxide in the bath is fabulous for your body and ginger has great healing properties. I don't know if you would feel your cold instantly clear up, but it can help!
I mixed up a batch of bath salts for my mom and she used them in a foot bath, and after 3 uses found that some warts she had were completely gone! Pinterest has the BEST recipes, don't they? The salts that I make are just sea salt, epsom salt, baking soda and essential oils.
I want to comment on K B.'s answer, above. I am a HUGE fan of Arbonne's detox spa products. The face masque is crazy good!
Yes, I use Arbonne's Detox Spa Soak it is wonderful. Toxins come out our skin so soaking in a bath makes me feel so much better. I like to use the Detox products for inside too! If you would like more info just let me know!
i use various herbs and oils in my baths all the time. some are for relaxation, some for muscle aches, some for detox, some for other things. go for it!

hmmm, i wouldn't think either of those would harm you. unless you drink your bath water Yuck!
This is for colds?? never heard of ginger for that. but hey if you give it a try let us know. There is a ecalyptus (sp) body wash that i've found i like when i am sick.
