Have You Ever Done a Gallbladder and Liver Flush for Detox and Stones Naturally?

Has anyone personally done this before? I saw so many ways in YouTube...but I heard there's a process to do first before you do this 2-3 day flush. Looking for a reliable website or book?

I'm trying to get my body healthy as I have PCOS issues. I was told I have a fatty liver and not too long ago, I think I have a slight gallbladder attack after a fatty dinner/drinks during the holidays. Read up WebMD, etc. of symptoms.

I was on the BRAT diet for sometime and used gallbladder/liver support supplements from Vitamiin shoppe and I'm also drinking detox teas as well. This did help but I can't do this forever and I heard this flush will help...Surgery is NOT an option.

Thanks in advance.

What can I do next?

Have you discussed this with a medical doctor. Since you're wanting to do a nature sort of thing, I suggest that you see a naturopath. They may do this sort of detox.

I also suggest you talk with a nutritionist. The diet doesn't have to be as strict as a brat diet for you to have better digestive health. You just need to try different food combinations until you find which ones do not give you symptoms.

There are sites that say a liver flush is the coolest thing since sliced bread.
And there are others that say it's a complete myth.
Just read all the warnings before you try anything.

There are risks you should be aware about.
Some people are sensitive to ingesting Epsom salts - it's possible to over dose and die.
A flush can trigger an attack of Pancreatitis - which can be life threatening.
A flush can also trigger a gallbladder attack - which will make you want to die - they can be quite painful.

Still - for all the risks - many people try it and they say they feel better for having gone though one or more flushes.
I have no idea if anything was cured or changed or detoxed or if it all added up to a placebo effect.
Just be careful.

My acupuncturist gave me a protocol which involves certain steps 6 days before the actual flush process. I still haven't done it because I'm scared to death of dislodging stones that might be there - not to mention I can't stand the taste of some of the ingredients involved in the flush.

I have gall bladder symptoms that seem to get better when I lose some weight.

At some point I will probably do the flush . . . but I dread it. I would be very careful if I were you, and get some professional guidance.
