I haven't used it but most of my friends use it and I've only heard positive about it. I hope this helps...
I haven't used that one but we do Applied Scholastics Online and we love it!
I have been spending a lot of time researching this program and have decided to put my children in it at 2nd grade. Depending on where you live, there are live seminars where you can ask questions to actual teachers, you can find out about it on their website. The learning program seems far better than public school and there are still outings and field trips so the students know their classmates. I am a BIG believer!
