Terre's right. The body being in balance will help with emotional issues. The brain is a body part that needs adjusting just like a pancreas...
I never forgot the line that Reese Witherspoon said in Legally Blond...."Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands, they just don't." Your body chemistry, which can be controlled by exercise, adjustments and what you eat has a lot to do with your emotional state. When my kids were little I used to call their appointment with the chiropractor their "attitude adjustment."
