I did for a month and had no results except constipation. Have you tried Xenedrine? I have had great results with this.
I was watching TV last night and an ad for "Slim Quick" was on...I was wondering if anyone has tried this product and if you've decent results?

I have tried slim quick, and did get DECENT results, it wasn't life changing or anything, but it was a good 5-9 lbs the one month I tried it. It didn't suppress my appatite as much as I would have liked. It did give me a small boost of energy, but again, nothing dramatic. It's a great pill to START on, and then maybe move up to something harsher if you choose to. I stopped all together after this, cause I'm not a pill person, but it was pretty ok.
Someone else recently posted that she got pregnant while taking slimquick & her responses were that since it affects estrogen, it can make you more fertile. Since I want to lose weight & get pregnant, that seems like the pill for me, so I'm going to try it after I make sure that I'm not already pregnant.
I did try it, I took 2 bottles worth and lost nothing :( I would just like to loose 15-20 lbs and not an inch.
Oh, Jesus, Big Brother is watching you.
Try cutting fatty foods out of you diet & running for 20 minutes each day and see if that slims you down.
I dont know what slim quick is, but I use to use slim fast. I used it for three months and was jogging a lot too. I lost 30 pounds, and my gallbladder. I heard that my gallbladder quit working because of the slim fast. I dont know it to be fact, just something I heard.
Ha ha ha.. I was thinking the same thing yestureday too! I was going to ask if it works? I have my 7 month old and want to lose my baby fat!. I think I gave more weight with my second child. Ladies please please us know.
I haven't tried it but here's a little "health" reminder. A weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week is healthy and maintainable. Anything more than that is pretty much a guarantee to start yo-yo-ing. As much as we all want the quick fix, health is a long-term commitment. I struggle with it all the time. I've had great luck with Weight Watchers in the past and will probably go back after I have this baby. I would also recommend finding a Stroller Strides group in your area - it's a great way to exercise with your child/children and connect with other moms.
M., I have no experience with that, but check out bodybuilding.com for fitness and nutrition advice. There is a female forum that is great for healthy methods. And, it's not just heavy lifters, it's for regular people looking to get information and support.
I went to a GNC nutrition store and I had a really good person tell me that he would not recommend any fat burners eventhough they sell them. He said the best way is to eat right and exercise. He told me that the fat burners are just a quick fix and it can possibly lead to yo-yo dieting and upset in the end. He said get a gym membership and almost every gym has somebody that can set you up on an exercise program that is right for you for free. He recommended going to Weight Watchers if I preferred as well. I tried all sorts of fat burners and lost weight and gained it back. So I really believed him. In the end, I started eating healthier and going to the gym 5 days a week and I have started noticing that my pants have gotten looser!
I haven't tried Slim Quick but I did just start taking SmartBurn and it definitely helps me with my cravings. It hasn't made me feel shaky or gittery so far (I just started it a week ago and I only take one pill instead of two before each meal.) I am also doing to Atkins diet (no carbs) and in 8 days I have lost 11 lbs. This is just my experience but I have had wodnerful results. I found the Smartburn at Longs for 19.99. Just thought I would share. Good luck!
