Has anyone ever bought furniture at Harlem? How has it held up?? We found a living set we really like from Harlem, but we have heard that the furniture may not be as good quality as some other furniture stores. Thanks.
Go to Ashley furniture. they have nice stuff(not top of the line) but better then Harlem.. we like their furniture alot at Ashley's
I have had a couch from Harlem for years now and love it. The first couch we order they could not get in through the door and we had no problems getting a different couch. We just bought a new sectional from them which of course got ripped after the 3 day inspection period.It was our fault the couch got ripped and any cloth couch would have probally ripped. Harlem sent out a repair tech anyway for free.I like their furniture and service.

I purchased from them several years ago and then again a table about 2 years ago...both experiences were fine. It's not top of the line stuff but it wears well and the service was just fine...my table had a scratch on delivery and they brought me a new one with no problems.
We like the furniture we purchased 4 years ago, but it came damaged and it was very hard to get them to come fix the issues. We bought 2 rooms of living room furniture and 4 tables came w/huge scratches on them. It took many many phone calls to get them to come out to repair. The furniture has held up fairly well w/2 dogs and a 2 year old jumping on it.
