the only thing i would suggest besides talking to your doctor is to keep moving it. when and however possible without doing further damage. I had a sprain a few years ago and docs told me to not to move it, not to move it. and I ended up with this nerve issue and have chronic pain. I wont even say what it is cause I don't wish it upon anyone. just trust your gut, if you feel something is wrong keep asking questions and keep moving however possible. it your body and you knows whats best. good luck
