Ok- my husband thought he'd save room in the cupboard and he took each package of noodles and sauce powder out of the boxes of Hamburger Helper - He so kindly labeled them however I don't know what ingredidents are needed in these. Does anyone have a box of Cheeseburger Mac. sitting in their cupboard that they can get me the ingredients and directions to? I also have the Lasagna and Taco. Thanks for your help!

So What Happened?

Thank you ladies SO much -- I was in total shock when I went to the cupboard to see only packages of noodles and the sauce package neatly labeled. Now I can steer him in the right direction when it comes to making them. Thanks again!

Oh how helpful! LOL :)
The lasagna is easy:
brown the meat, drain
add 3 1/4 cups hot water, sauce mix and pasta
heat to boiling, stirring occasionally

cover and simmer about 13 min until pasta is tender (stirring occasionally, of course!)

dinner's ready :)

ps How much cupboard space did he save?
I'm still laughing :)

Ingredients are:

1 lb hamburger (I figure you know this :) )
1 3/4 cups hot water
1 1/2 cups milk

Brown the burger, stir all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat and uncover to thicken sauce.

I would make DH go to the store and buy one of each so you will have the directions :o) Now THAT would be helpful, LOL.
Sounds just like something my DH would do.
Good luck,

Cheesey Beef Taco
1 lb meat
2 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 cup milk
Brown meat
stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and pasta
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally
reduce heat, cover and simmer about 11 min until pasta is tender
Remove from heat and uncover so sauce can thicken

My DH makes this as a dip with taco chips. He adds taco seasoning and pepper and then covers it with slices of cheese to melt when it's done cooking. I can't imagine the calorie count be the guys all love it - I'm a vegetarian :o)
