HI Carmela;

You are talking to the queen of frizz. Unless, I live in a cold climate, my hair is unruly. I always wear my hear in a ponytail. I try to use organic shampoos. They do not have the laurel sulfates that cause shampoos and conditioners to suds. They are also very drying. I also use some type of after conditioning leave in serum.

I have friends that use the expensive straiteners and they like them. I can't use chemicals like that yet, as I'm still breastfeeding but one day I will try them. They can be over $300.00 but they do work for some people. I haven't heard one person that has used the expensive ones say that doesn't.

Hi Carmela

I was in the same boat as you. I would flat iron in the morning walk my kids to school, and come back all frizzy and poofed out. I have a friend who is a hairdresser and I go to him for the Brazilian. I love my hair now, it is so easy to manage. I have done it twice. His name is Buddy and the Salon name is Hair Angelz 8960 Cleary Blvd. in Plantation. ###-###-#### tell him C. sent you.

Good luck

Hey Carmela,
I have had my hair colored & did the Brazilian and some other process that was "supposed" to be healthier. Did you know they use fermaldehyde in the solution and then when the heat it is is VERY caustic. We use all natural, non-toxic products in the house to eleviate our asthma... BUT... I gotta admit, my hair looked GREAT!!! :)

Good luck.

May you have happy hair days!

Blessings,

Hi Carmela, I have curly hair, but sometimes it gets litlle frizzy. I am from Brazil and almost all of my friends do Brazillian keratin, they have beautiful hair. I am thinking in doing too, I know that the solution have formaldehyde, but some hairdressers have proucts that have little concentration, so it is not so toxic. Just asked the percentage of the solution.
