I recently had a baby and am looking to update my hair style which I'm sure is my way of trying to feel better about my image after having a baby. I have straight fine hair but a lot of it. I have a new style in mind but don't have a salon or stylist that I love so am hesitant to try any major change without a recommendation. I live west of the Elko area and would prefer a salon in the Lakeville/Burnsville/Prior Lake/Savage area. Any other surrounding suburbs would be fine if you have a great recommendation. Thanks for any suggestions.

I was referred to Rendezvous Salon in Lakeville and recently started seeing Megan there. She is amazing (and I'm pretty picky when it comes to my hair style and colour). The price is reasonable and she'll spend the time listening to you to figure out the best style for you and she'll consult magazines with you and colour samples. I love that she takes the time.

Congrats on the new baby! I go to Brandi Erickson at Infinity Salon ###-###-####. It is on Cedar and 160th in Lakeville. It in the same stip mall area as the Kowalskis was and there is also a Trade Secret there and Carbonnes. I really like Brandi, I have been going to her for 6 years. She is the best!
I go to Studio Bodair in Lakeville (off Ipava and Co Rd 46) I see Melissa Case (she jsut got married so her last name is probably different now) She does a GREAT job, she has really good ''vision'' if you're like me and never know what you want or know what will look good, I have NEVER been disappointed, and their prices aren't too expensive.
If you are in the mood for a massage or a facial go to Corey for a massage and Nicole for a facial! I used to work with both of them at a different massage studio, they are fantastic!!!

I go to Roxanne at Beau Monde Salon in Burnsville, they are located at co. rd 42 and 11. My mom, sisters and I have been going to her for over 13 years. She always does a great job. She is kind of expensive, but I don't go very often, and I consider it my one "treat" to get a haircut and color. The last time I went we decided to do dark and she made my hair a dark dark brown, I got so many compliments and it looks SO natural, I think I will stick with this color for a long time! BTW, she is a working single mom, us mommy's gotta support each other! ps I'm from Elko too, my daughter goes to a great home daycare in new market.
K. - A salon I would highly recommend is called Hidden Cove and it's located in Apple Valley ###-###-####. Sue Fischer is the owner. It's a small little salon but it is very warm and richly decorated. You feel like you just stepped into the north woods in a very cozy, comfortable cabin. Susan is a wonderful stylist. I often sit in her chair and say do something to my hair. She's creative and does a great job designing a style for my face and my life-style.

I just went to Rachel (with the super short hair--there is more than 1) at Lifetime Fitness in Savage yesterday for the first time. You dont have to be a member to go there. She is wonderful. I have super straight fine fine fine hair and she gave me a whole new look. I love it and it is easy to do.
