Does anyone have a recommendation for a store on the north side of the city or a web site that sells cute barrettes for little kids? My daughter finally has enough hair and I want to get her some really cute barrettes or hair accessories for her 1 year birthday. -- Thanks!
Funny, this was a topic of conversation with my neighbor last night. She bought some from this website: https://www.hairclippy.com/ and they are really good! Her 6 month old has a lot of hair and they don't move. They are not cheap and she is on a budget but she says they are worth every penny! I tried it in my daughters hair which is thinner and it didn't move in her hair either...we are going to place an order any day.

I got some very cute hair accessories at Snippets on Clybourn. They were usually expensive, the average was $4-5 per clip, they were gorgeous, but again very over priced. Since it would be for a special occasion (1st Birthday), I'd bite the bullet and pay for a nice one!
Another great place Red Balloon Company on Damen in Bucktown. They used to have really cute ones, but it's been awhile since I've been in there.

Ebay! Trust me, there are many Moms out there who made bows for babies and little girls. They are beautiful and they are the best buy out there! Trust me, I have about 50 bows, all from Ebay and whenever my daughter wears them, she gets compliments. Take a look and you will be pleased.
