Hello ladies. Once again I'm asking for recommendations.
Can anyone recommend a gym/fitness center "near" Louetta and Kuykendahl in Spring? I'd like to tone up and de-stress - not necessarily in that order. If they have a yoga/stretching program that would be a plus. And can you give me an idea of how much these places cost?

Its a bit further down the way but you can't beat the Cypress YMCA on 249/Louetta. They a the largest one in Texas, just expanded again, and they have free child care and classes - plus two great pools for the kids in the summer.

PureFitness. All womans place. LOVE IT!. They have a pool, sauna, weights, machines and classes. Plus childcare. I pay $21 a month for all that and it includes the childcare.
