In SOuth OP/Olathe for a 4 year old. We've been doing BV Parks, but frankly, with their schedules and enrollment set up, we don't always get in a convienant class.
Do you have a studio recommendation?
we like Little Gym but they don't do competitive which is why we like them. They start at 6 months and go to 12 yrs. They do gymnastics, dance, sports, and karate.
I've really liked Kansas Gymnastics Dance & Cheer. They are by the new Bass Pro shop and Election office in Olathe. The 'dance' is a misnomer because their focus is gymnastics and cheerleading, but it's great for any child age 3 and older. They have a website you can check out: http://www.kansasgymandcheer.com/
They have two 6-week summer sessions, then in the fall through spring the sessions are 9 weeks. The good part is they have an upstairs 'gallery' where parents can watch the class.

I give another response to KGDC. I had my two stepdaughters there and they loved it and they did really well with the teaching. It is now my 5 y/o turn but since they are located in Olathe I need one closer to home.
I second KDGC. My son (3) is taking a class there now and loves it. They have several times available for every class, day or evening. You can attend a free class just to check it out too.
They also have summer camps for 3-6 year olds.
