I had this dip the other night and it was so good I just wanted to share it! It would be great for this fall. For Halloween or Thanksgiving! Anyways this is it.
2 packages cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
caramel dip (the dip that is usually by the apples at the store)
toffee bits
Apples
Mix brown sugar and cream cheese together. Spread in baking dish. pour caramel sauce. Add toffee on top. Then cut up apples and there you go. It's to die for!!! I could of eaten it with a spoon once all the apples were gone! LOL

That reminds me of the time I went to a Christmas party and the host took a round of Brie and nuked it whole in the microwave. Just until it became warm and gooey but not totally melted. He then served it in the middle of a platter of red and green apple slices.

I'd never had apples and brie before but dang... it was GOOD.

Oh my goodness, this sounds heavenly. I think I just found my new addiction.

When you say two packages cream cheese, do you mean two 3 ounce packages, or two 8 ounce packages? We can get both in the grocery stores around here.

Thanks for sharing!

I know I would never make this recipe, because I know I would be the one to clean the kitchen and eat the rest of it, alone, while no one was watching, because I didn't wan it to go to waste.

Here's what I do for an apple dip:

Mix 1 package of cream cheese with 1 cup of chutney and 1 tsp curry powder. Super amazing for the fall!

GL!

OMG, that sounds so stinkin good! I should know better than to open up a post with this title when I haven't had dinner yet! I'm so hungry! Thank goodness I don't happen to have cream cheese or toffee bits in the house, otherwise it would be super yummy apple dip for dinner tonight!! Woo hoo!!

Thanks for sharing. I'll have to give this one a try for sure!

I usually make something similar to this for apples for my kids:
cream cheese
brown sugar
cinnamon
vanilla
Just mix and serve with apples and/or crackers. I use the neufchatel cheese which is softer than cream cheese. Quick and fast dip. Sometimes I will mix in mini chocolate chips.

Sounds like it would be good with baked cinnamon/sugar tortilla chips.
