Go to www.foodnetwork.com. You can put in whatever sounds good and come up with a bunch of recipes for it. You might want it cajun, mexican, italian. Usually they'll have a recipe for every origin. Good Luck!!
I feel like I cook the same thing EVERY week. I was wondering if anyone knew of any great dinner recipes or a web site where I could get different ideas for dinner. Thanks for you help.

I second the kraft.com website. http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf -- they also have a Kraft Food & Family magazine that you can sign up for. It comes four times a year and it's free. I just got my free 2007 calendar last week. They will also send emails every once in awhile with meal ideas.
My favorite place is www.recipezaar.com
Try going to www.cooks.com
You can get TONS of recipes on there.

Hi R.,
I know that we get in a rut here all the time. One website that I've run across (but haven't tried yet, so this is just a "here it is" idea, not a "this is tried and great" idea... if you know what I mean), is called Saving Dinner (http://savingdinner.com/). It has different menu options (like Regular, Heart Healthy, Lo Carb, Frugal, Vegetarian, etc) for a week and comes with a shopping list and all the recipes. It costs money to get the menus sent to you each week, but they have sample menus so you can see what you are geting before you sign up (http://savingdinner.com/menu_mailer/free_dinner_menu.html).
Good Luck!

Check out Kraft.com, They have some great recipes..
Like JB and Sheridan said...I use www.recipezaar.com and www.kraftfoods.com. Both are great. recipezaar.com is better if you have some time to look though. kraftfoods.com is great for easy to fix meals on a weeknight. Have a great time with new recipes.

I like all these ideas. In addition, I go to crockpot.com because I use my crockpot a lot. I also subscribe to a cooking magazine called Simple & Delicious, formerly called Quick Cooking. I've gotten a lot of great, quick and easy recipes from this magazine.
I made up a recipe for chicken enchiladas one night and my family loved it. Now my girls are always asking for it. All I did was mix together a couple of cans of drained chunk chicken (shredded) and a can of Southwest Pepper Jack soup. Spoon chicken mixture into large flour tortillas and roll into enchiladas. Place enchiladas seem side down into 9x13 inch pan. Cover with one can of enchilada sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese and sliced black olives. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 425 until cheese is melted and enchiladas are heated through. Serve with tortilla chips and a dollop of sour cream. I've also used the Cream of Chicken Pablano or something like that for this recipe as well.
www.allrecipes.com is great! They have anything and everything. and they post reviews and comments from people who have tried the recipe - others can rate the recipe and remark on if they changed something up in the recipe or if something didn't work well, etc.
I've found it to be the most helpful recipe website because I get to view these comments about each recipe -- so i know, before I go through all the work of grocery shopping and preparing the meal, if it's a recipe worth trying.
While I am cleaning house or dong whatever I put the TV on Food Network. I can always go to the website and look up a particular recipe by the show that it was for the details. I always see good stuff on that.
I got this from a Betty Crocker cookbook (I think), and added my own variations. Everyone loves this when I make it!!!
1 frozen bag of cheese tortollini (boil in water as you prepare sauce)
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 can of Del Monte whole green beans (the ONLY kind I like)
1/2 coarsely chopped walnuts
1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp dried basil, or about 10 chopped fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Italian mix cheese shreds package to sprinkle before serving
2 cups heavy whipping cream (or more if needed)
While tortolinni is boiling, lightly saute red pepper, green beans and garlic in about a tablespoon of olive oil. Add in whipping cream, walnuts, basil, and salt/pepper. I like a lot of freshly ground pepper. Turn heat down and stir until cream begins to thicken. Drain finished tortillini well and add to mixture, coating well. Serve and garnish with cheese.
I serve this with easy chicken parmesean, easy brushcetta, and a side salad. The walnuts are what really make this recipe great!
Chicken Parmesean
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
about 2-3 cups Itallian bread crumbs
1 jar of hearty mushroom spaghetti sauce
fresh chopped basil
Itailian cheese mix
Oven to 350, coat chicken with egg and dredge in bread crumbs. Spoon butter over tops of chicken to prevent burning. Cook chicken until almost done (approx 25 mins ?) Spoon sauce over chicken and bake until heated through and chicken is done, about 5 mins. Sprinkle cheese and bail on top and bake for one more minute. Serve!
Bruschetta
8 pieces of frozen Texas Toast, bake according to box instructions.
Top with chopped tomato, fresh chopped basil and shredded cheese and bake for another minute. Serve.
