HI MOMS,

I am wondering if there is a good cleaner...preferably natural to clean walls :) I may have posted this before....I would appreciate assistance. I have rings on wood tables, and also icky stuff from toddler hands on the walls :) Thanks in advance!

Blessings,

Katherine

Katherine, I'm with you on the natural cleaners. I use this to clean walls and floors:

1 gallon water, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 2 tablespoons liquid soap, (for floors I add 10 drops essential oil)

I use Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Soap, because I like the way it smells, and I usually use Tea Tree oil because it is a natural antibacterial. I don't put the essential oil in for washing walls because I don't want it to hurt the paint.

Hope this helps!

I saw your email regarding wall cleaning. I have to share this with you because I love what I'm using! I'm a stay-at-home mom with 2 daughters. I use Melaleuca products because they're green, with tea tree oil, and have NO harsh chemicals in them. I feel safe to use around my kids. Please feel free to email me cause I would love to share it with you! My email is ____@____.com

White vinegar in water works well and is antibacterial. I love Tough N Tender and Mela Magic from Melaleuca, but you have to know a seller to get those.

Katherine,

Get the Mr. Clean Magic Erasers. My MIL introduced me to them, and she works at a daycare. They'll get anything off of anywhere.

The magic erasers work well, but for greasy prints on walls I've used 1 part dish soap to 4 parts water too!
