Hi Moms!
I recently gave birth to my third daughter and I am nursing her. I have started working out again and would like to resume my running workouts in some capacity (non-pregnant, I usually run 7 days a week). It is quite uncomfortable running with my nursing chest, if you know what I mean. Can anyone recommend a good supportive sports bra? A little background...when I am not nursing, I am extremely small-chested so I am not used to running like this. I didn't have this problem the last two times that I nursed as I seem a little bigger this time :-) . Thanks, Moms!

I use two or three sports bras at one time. It is binding but does the job. I recommend getting a size larger for the top one. Good Luck!
I've been having the same problem! My current favorite is a Danskin "high impact" sports bra that cost $10 at Walmart. You may to get a size smaller than your regular bras, especially if you exercise right after you nurse. My nursing bras are 34D, and the sports bra that fit best was a 36C.
I found a great bra from Mothers in Motion brand. I started out a 36 almost B, and ended up with a 40D nursing bra!
I would just double up 2 sports bras and make sure you pump right before you head out. Even if you just nursed, pump until you are COMPLETELY empty and you'll be much more comfortable. Congrats on the new little one!

LOL... and yes. Since not nursing I'm a 36DDDD or 38DDD, I know exactly what you mean. ((Nursing I was a J)).
