You could get a realtor to list it. Then they are responsible for setting everything up and going through the application process with the potential tenants. Plus, they will list it on a site where a lot of other realtors will see it.
Hi Mamas!
We just found out our renter has been transferred by his company and will not be renewing his lease. I would like to get some ideas on good places to advertise our property for rent in Grapevine. We're already in the paper, on the MLS and at http://homerentals.net/HomeSearch/?page=searchstate&i..., but I'm wanting to get as much exposure as possible so we don't have to go too long without a tenant. The last time it was empty for 4 months and that about killed us financially! I know the market is better for rentals right now, but any advice on other good places to advertise would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!

As a Realtor and a landlord I would recomend craigslist 1st and if you haven't found anyone in 2 weeks then mls. MLS is pricey craigslist is free. I have found if you put lots of photos and a description that highlights all the great things about the property ex: Great schools and then remove and repost it every few days, you should get a lot of calls.
www.realtor.com is a good one and craig's list
Do they take evictions?
