Aveeno baby brand is great and made specifically for sensitive skin. It is easy to find- walmart, target, drug stores etc!
What is the good moisturizer you use on your toddler? Also a good soap and shampoo. I need brands that is free of fragrance, because my son skin condition is not so good now. I know Johnson2 but is there any other brand? And where can I get it? Thanks.

Eucerine Calming Cream
Aveeno has a great tear-free (and I think, fragrance-free) wash/shampoo that we have always used on my son. We also use Eucerine Calming Cream.
Both can be found at Wal-Mart or Target.
My son suffered from really bad eczema when he was an infant/toddler, and we tried EVERYTHING. The only thing that finally worked and cleared up his skin was Vanicream cream. It's available at Walgreens. It dispenses via a pump, but can still be a little thick sometimes so I dilute it with a lighter lotion or apply to damp skin.
For shampoo/body wash, we used California Baby (Target) until his skin cleared up. Now we use Giovanni 3-in-One wash. It's available at Target as well. I get most of our skin care products from vitacost.com though.
Hope that helps. Good luck!
We use Aveno body wash, shampoo and Lotion. My son is 5 and we have since he was little. He has very sensitive skin and dry's very easy...we found this stuff to be wonderful.
We use Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion on our little guy. It does wonders for his dry patches. It's fragrance-free, and we get it here at the grocery store. (You can probably find it at Target -- but there isn't a Target in our entire STATE! Grumble, grumble...)
Good luck!
Arbonne's baby line is fabulous. Worked for my son like a charm.
Another avid user of Aveeno here. We use the lighter daily moisturizer in the summer and the heavier cream on the rough patches. They also have a fragrance free shampoo/wash (make sure to look b/c not all of their products are fragrance free - some are "lightly scented").
Coconut oil is what we use on my son. It is natural and inexpensive and works great. No chemicals and it never stings or irritates his skin (he has eczema).
Oatmeal washes are excellent if there is no allergy to oats. Aveeno has a good line.
I use a natural lavender soap and lavender oil, and they work great. I just got some lavender castille soap (http://www.puritan.com/bath-body-spa-687/lavender-pure-ca...) that I'll start using today, so we'll see how this works. I use it in his hair, too.
To moisturize his skin, we use Nivea or Lubriderm. We try to keep it light so his skin can breathe, but we also want to avoid the scarring from scratching.
The brand, California Baby... and Weleda's Calendula Baby Ointment..
Also keep in mind, Shampoos with Sodium Laurel Sulfate can wreak havoc on skin (even adults) so you may want a shampoo without that in it..
Lastly, I would limit time spent in the tub (all the Chlorine) that is added to the water supply can be harsh and make skin conditions even worse. The Dermatologist NEVER mentions this aspect of things and I am not sure why since I definitely think it can be a culprit..
Target may not be carrying California Baby and Wholefoods carries Weleda.. actually, they carry both brands.
Good luck
