Hello moms! I live in Bellflower and need to know if any of you know of a good dry cleaner as well as a seamstress close to me. I have had bad luck with dry cleaners in the past, and need to find a reputable one, where I can drop off my clothes and not worry about stains, etc.. Also need some clothes mended (new zippers, seams coming apart etc) and would like to know if anyone knows a good place where I can take my clothes for this. In a perfect world, they would be located in the same place, but I am willing to go to two different places for each. Any help, even if you can tell me of a place I might be considering that you have had a bad experience with, would help so much!!
There is a really good and affordable seamstress place called the "Sewing Basket" on Clark and Alondra. I have been using them for years. And I also have a good dry cleaner I have been using for years called "National Cleaners" on Bellflower Blvd. and Ashworth. Hope this helps!
The best drycleaner I've found is in the Pavilions shopping center at the corner of Woodruff and South,Woodruff Cleaners, although, I don't highly recommend the seamstress aspect of it. A fantastic place for that is on Clark in Bellflower and the name is the Sewing Basket. Fantastic work. Good luck!
A good seamstress works at a place called the Sewing Basket on the corner of Somerset and Clark. The lady who works there does a very detailed job. I highly recommend her.
I live by one it's on Artesia & Downey it's a really good dry cleaners and there's also a seamstress there too, she has hemmed a couple pair of my pants there and she did a good job. I really don't know the name of it but it's right by El Polo Loco on Artesia & Downey Ave. in Long Beach.
