What is the going rate for 2 children under 3 for a at home daycare? I will provide Breakfast, lunch. snack, milk juice, wipes,etc. They supply diapers.

You need to call around to local day cares and find out what they charge, the rates vary greatly depending on location.
We live in NY, so everything's pretty expensive, but our "going rate" for a child as you describe is $200-$220 per week for the first child. Siblings get a 10% discount off of the tuition.
I think most in home daycares around here take around $35-$40 per day per child.
You will find that many in home day care prices will vary! I know because I am currently researching daycare options for my children. Here are the going rates that I have been quoted for 3 days per week for 2 children, ages 11 month old and 4 1/2 year old, from 6:30am/7am until 4:30pm/5pm

So, as you can see there is a wide range of what people charge. All of the prices quoted above include a sibling discount for both of my children to attend 3 days per week. Also, each in home day care I have contacted is licensed by the State of Michingan and I have reviewed the information, in addition to making appointments/interviews, which I am starting tomorrow!
