I have never heard of that, but I have heard of several people using Shaklee's alfalfa with good results.
Best wishes!
I am considering taking Goat's Rue to enhance my breast milk production. Has anyone taken this before and what was your experience. thanks!

I have taken it, and it worked for me. I didn't quite care for the taste, so I always put it in less than an ounce of OJ or something and followed it with a chaser (obviously NA). I forget if it worked right away or if it was something that needed buildup?.? I only used it for a month or so, then changed my diet to help instead. Good luck!
I read that brewer's yeast helps.
Never heard of it, but I drank the MOther's Milk tea and that seemed to help.
I have never heard of that either but I would be interested to know what it is and if it works!
I always used the herbal supplement Fenugreek and it really helped my milk supply a lot.
I have not heard of that before. I however did take Fenugreek and it did increase my milk.
with side affects of urine smelling like maple syrup and a little of that same smell in the underarm area but well worth the sweet smell!
good luck!
I've never heard of Goat's Rue; however, my Dula recommended Fenugreek and it worked well for me. You can get it at any nutrition store.
I take fenugreek and blessed thistle. I was also told to take goats rue but then after taking it was told that is something that you take closer to HAVING your baby to help increase the breast tissue before starting to breastfeed. I don't think it will hurt you taking it now, I'm finishing off my bottle I bought (in pill form) along with my other two herbs. good luck!
