Hi,

Can anyone help me locate a prenatal vitamin that is gluten, wheat and soy free. RX or OTC is fine. I would like to try a liquid preferribly but others are fine as well?

What can I do next?

I'm pretty sure Metagenics is all gluten/wheat/soy - free. Not sure if they have a liquid. If so, then I wish I'd gotten that. Instead, I took a packet of 9 pills each day of my pregnancy. But check it out. Metagenics is very high-quality.

update: I clicked on Lucky's link and realized she has a link for a different Metagenics prenatal packet. I took that one for a while until my MIL realized that she bought me the wrong stuff. She had intended me to get the DHA pill and others. So this is what I took. A bit pricier, but it has 'bonus minerals' that the FemPrenatal doesn't have http://www.iherb.com/Metagenics-Wellness-Essentials-for-P...

I am pretty sure Rainbow Light's Prenatal One (you take a one pill a day) is wheat, gluten & soy free (not 100% sure about the soy). They are really great!

I am all of these as well. I was not diagnosed during a pregnancy. I would ask your mid-wife. or see a chiropractor that specialize in nutrition and vitimans. I have a really great one here. That does you know good. If you would like we can do this via private message, she maybe able to recommend someone closer to you. it would take a quick phone call to her and then maybe a day or two to get back to me.

Prenate Elite is vegan friendly i do believe, that doesnt mean there will be no soy. Thats the big one they use in replacement of.

I wouldnt mind doing some foot work for you even if you wanted me to contact my chiro. Just for suggestions. That costs no one anything:)

Let me know what I can do, if anything.
