I have used the Chebe brand of dough for making pizza and its ok. Just curious if anyone has a better recipe for making yeast and gluten free pizza dough.

What can I do next?

My dad has one he liked. I'll ask for you but... Do you have any BJ's Pizza and Brewrey in TX??? If so they have a gluten free crust that my dad said is heaven. Maybe you can buy some from them?? Most places would sell you something like that.

I have tried a variety of brands. What I have found is that if I make the crust thin, almost like a cracker it worked better. I agree with PP, BJ's GF pizza is great. My kids love it.

Try Kinnick -- not sure if its yeast free. My kids love it; you can now even find it at Kroger (also sprouts has it cheapest) and Whole Foods That brand also makes the most delicious donuts too.
