Sorry....I could go on and on....
I am really having trouble finding a girl name that I like. I would like to use Winnie (my grandmother's name) for a middle name. Does anyone have any ideas? Not too common of a name, but not completly off the wall either.
Thank you all for your help, I am really struggling with this. I guess I'll just have to wait until I see her to decide on a name. Oh an for those of you that suggested Winnie for a first name, I really like it too, but I think it would be too confusing with 2 Winnie's running around.

Had our son, our second child, been a girl his name would have been Makenna. I love that name, I think it is so cute and I think it would have gone well with our other daugthers name which is Savannah. I think it sounds pretty with the middle name of Winnie too... Good luck on this, it's so hard. We were always able to come up with girl names and agree on them pretty much right off the bat but boy names both pregnancies we had a horrible time deciding and we didn't want to know the sex of either until the day of delivery so we had to have one of each name.

How about Winnie-Mae? Winnie-Lee? For a whole different first name, I like Chelsea and Chloe.
I think I like having Winnie as a first name, it's very cute and I think it would be easier to find a middle name that fits that name instead of a first name that fits with Winne.. Just my opinion, I know it's not what you were asking sorry..
I like Anna! (I know this is late, but I'm sure you haven't decided for sure yet) I think names that end with an A or sound like an A sound better with Winnie. I saw that Savannah was mentioned, but just a tad to long. What do you think about Tara (many different spellings to this name). I knew a girl named Fherra (not sure how she spelled it).

There is a cute website where you can type in a middle and last name and it will come up with suggestions for a first name. http://www.babynamegenie.com
On the right side click on "first names for..." enter in your info and get your name. Just keep clicking get first name and it will keep coming up with new names!
If you want Winnie for a mid. name, you prob. want to avoid any names that end in y, ie, etc. Like Annie Winnie....too repetitive. Think it sounds better with like, Evelyn, or Ella, etc. But you also need to look at possible nicknames. Madeline Winnie sounds good, but could turn into Maddie Winnie. My personal opinion, your decision! Good luck
Not sure as to how these names will sound with Winnie, but I think these are nice names...
*Madeline
*Isabelle/Isabella
*Arianna
*Amelia
*Havannah
*Gracen
Good luck on your search! Name searching is fun!
i really like the names savhanna or ashlynn for a girl. it is a lot easier to pick a girls name than a boys name. hope you find just the right one.
