Hi, I need ideas. I want to give my hubby something right after our daughter is born at the hospital. When our son was born, I gave him a hand stamped keychain that read " You are the love of our lives!" signed with my name and our new baby's name. I want to do something similar for the birth of our daughter. I was thinking a bottle of champagne etched with a sweet message from me and the 2 kids stating something about being a wonderful daddy. Do you ladies have any other suggestions or ideas?
C.--you're too sweet! He ought to be kissing your feet, buying you flowers, candy AND jewelry after childbirth! LOL
I like the champagne idea. (Hmmmm....the phrase "table for four" keeps coming to mind.....can you work that in somehow?)
That is so sweet of you. My husband gave me diamond earrings for my son and pearls for my daughter (tighter budget!). But I never thought of getting anything for him. I hope you get some great ideas.
a little daddy little girl present... and a coupon for a date with him six weeks from the birthdate... then you will be healed up and you can go out and have a good time and show him that 2 babies later you are still one hot mama!
How about something that says "Daddy's little girl." Most men would want a tatoo.....which is ok, I guess if you like that..........but, how about a picture frame with that saying on it, or something you know he would like......you don't say if he wears jewelry, but that's a thought a necklace with a heart and that on it would be cool.....with her name on the back.......

i like the idea of doing anything regarding her being daddys little girl. You could go with boxing gloves since he is going to be fighting off the guys. My kids think thier daddy is a superhero. I bought him a shirt with a Superman S on it and a card about being our hero, he loved that.
