not to be crass, but in this case - i would vote for a "grownup" date night "in". get a new nighty, candles, some massage oil, etc. and go nuts. i have found that the clearest way to show a man appreciation is to...you know. SHOW him. lol.
My husband joined a gym in January and has been working really hard, and has lost 20 pounds!!! He says he probably needs to lose 60 in total. I am really proud of him for getting to the 20 pound milestone in three months. I told him so, but I want to get him a small gift (or do something). But money is tight, so I don't want anything too $$, plus I don't want it to be food related (unless healthy food, of course). He's a lawyer and he is very "techie" - he is into computer stuff that I have no clue about, so buying gifts for him is a challenge to me anyway.
I'd love any ideas you can come up with!! Thanks!

They also have pedometers that can communicate with a smartphone to track fitness progress.
Give him YOU wrapped in a bow!
How do you feel about sexy dress-up? Buy a new bra and panty set and you're good to go. :)
If he's "geeky" like my guy a good graffic t-shirt from shirtwoot or tfury may be good.
You can even wear his new shirt (and nothing else) to bed. :)
I am on that road, too. I had a guy at the gym that told me about a watch you can get at the drug store that acts as a pedometer and tells you the amt of calories you burned off that day. He said you could get one for about $30. He is very fitness oriented and keeps his calories the next day to what he burned the day before. I hope to get one soon.
Congratulations to your H!
Congrats to him. My husband and I are both losing weight too. We have made mini goals for ourselves. The first goal of losing 10% of our body weight we will get a 30 minute massage. Might be something your hubby would enjoy too.
How about a local hike with a packed healthy lunch and a blanket on a nice afternoon? Maybe wait to reward him, the nice days are coming! Then a toast to a job well done and a relaxing time at the park, in the shade or sun.... That's what my hubbie would like much more than buying him something.
Adansmama read my mind😍
Is there something you could get for him that you could buy from the gym? Or does the gym offer gift cards?
Or you could give him an article of clothing in his new size.
The next best thing to feeling good about losing weight, is looking good. Buy him a new shirt, pants, or shorts that fit. It doesn't have to be expensive, go to Marshals, Ross, or Burlington's.
