Pediatric Specialists of Plano has a sign up that they do ear piercing. They are on the NW corner of Midway and Parker, easy parking. ###-###-####.
My daughter will turn 3 years old soon and has been asking me for earrings (to get her ears pierced). I need some reccomendations of safe places to take her where they will make it an enjoyable experience. i've heard of La Lobe, but am wondering if there is something in Plano?
My MIL ended up piercing her ears during a recent visit. She has a professional kit from her former salon days. She loves her little gold earrings. Hopefully soon she will let us replace them with some different earrings.

ALSO, LA LOBE USING NUMBING SPRAY. MY DAUGHTER DID NOT FEEL A THING.
La lobe is worth the drive. Twice. The initial piercing and then you get a free 4 week check up. The place is in a very nice area. I know most people have no problems with Claires...but I have met some of the few that had a problem and it was scary. I drove from Mckinney and would do it again to know I was having it done more professionally. You can always call and talk to the owner about how they are different and decide that way.
You can't go wrong at the pediatrician's office. They'll even give a numbing creme. Good luck!
my husband took my girl to Claire's at stonebriar mall and she had an excellent experience. No problems.
Check wuth your Pediatrician to see if they will do it. I didn't find out until after my daughter had her ears pierced that her doctor would have done it - much safer.
We just did the cheap approach at Walmart. Didn't have much of a problem, but watched another little girl who cried a lot. Oops!
I liked the notion of the numbing gel! smart move!
My child's pediatrician does it. Dr. Aaron Kaplan at plano presby. ###-###-####
I would first try to find a pediatrician's office that does it. If not, ask your pediatrician to recommend places. We did our daughters at 6 1/2 months while we lived in NC and our pediatrician's recommendations saved us trouble in the long run because we didn't have to worry about sterilization and such. Our daughter is now 20 months and has never had problems or pulled at them.
I had my little girl's ears done when she was 4 months old at Willow Bend Mall. There is an Earing place in the middle ... cannot recall the name, but they were great. She has had NO problems with them and she is 3 1/2 years old now.
We did my daughter's at Sweet & Sassy in Frisco when she was almost 4. They did them both at the same time. She was so excited to get them done she didn't even cry. It hurt, but I had warned her it would! The one in Plano is great as well. Just make sure they get the holes even on both ears wherever you go.
My daughter got hers pierced when she turned 3. I took her to the Claries in the Collin Creek Mall. She was such a big girl and sat in the chair alone with her little cinderella doll. The ladies explained everything before they did anything. They did both ears at the same time so to only feel one sting. She was a real big girl and only cried for a few mins. She then would clean and turn her earing herself with my supervision. She was very responcible and it turned out to be a great experience. She is almost 5yrs old.
I took my daughter to Sweet and Sassy in the Willow Bend Mall. They did a great job and she really enjoyed herself. I have 2 other friends that went there as well.
Check with your pediatritian. Ours did it for my daughter.
