I have to agree with Lisa...if I didn't eat my bedtime snack then my levels were higher in the morning. I read somewhere about why they are higher without the snack before bed, but it has been a few years and have forgotten exactly why. So, make sure you get that protein and carb mix at bedtime and see if it helps. I would also agree if only your morning numbers were high (and 95 doesn't seem that high) that insulin wouldn't be needed, yet. Hang in there!!
