I'm wondering if like many "sequels", this book is the same as the other Love Language books he's written. OR perhaps it has enough items targeted for teens to be worth the purchase. Your input please, thanks!!

Could you get it from the library? Even if your library doesn't have it, many have interlibrary loan systems. That way you can look at it first to see if you want a copy.

Don't know the answer, but I always always always read as many reviews on Amazon as I can. They normally have enough range to identify whether the book will be what I'm looking for or not. Might be a good place to start if you don't get a lot of responses here.

Yes it is much different. The original was intended for couples. This one is written for teens. Gary Chapman has done a wonderful of designing books for different ages. I gave my grown children the adult version as they started dating at the age of 22. However we have worked many family life conferences and this book has always been a hit. Since it is one of our resource books I have had a chance to look at all of them and highly recommend them.
