If your son is fussy/ with bad temper for the last 2 days... You checked everything and nothing works.... Do you consider giving him ibuprofen?? He is 18 months... It could be teething, I don;t know... but I'm getting desperate....

What can I do next?

If you mean fussy, I'd relax and not worry about it. Yes, teething does cause fussiness. Yes, give him baby ibuprofen.

Relax. Everyone including babies get fussy from time to time. Babies even more often because they don't have the brain maturity to learn skills to deal with feeling bad. Fussy is normal. Stop worrying and let it run it's course.

Yes, I would give him either ibuprofen or acetaminophen....even if he isn't running a fever he sounds like he is in pain. Hope he feels better soon!

"Fuzzy" or "fussy"? Take his temperature, examine his gums, eliminate ear infection......

I agree--I'd suspect teething and give infant ibuprofen

I'm not sure what you mean by "fuzzy" as in not himself or a little discombobulated?

If he's discombobulated? I would take him in to the Urgent Care and get him checked for a concussion or a febrile seizure I might have missed...especially if he has had any reversals - or noticeable changes - like missing words, even at 18 months...

I hope it's nothing serious!!

GOOD LUCK!!!

Yes, give it to him and also consider that he may have an ear infection. If he doesnt feel better by tomorrow, take him into the doctor to get checked out. GL
