HI Moms,

I have two big 5 pound bag of veggies that are frozen. One of the mixtures is Zucchini and Squash and Carrots. I have a veggie pan made for the grill and thought I'd give it a try for a different taste. My questions what seasonings do you use and have you cooked frozen veggies on the grill? Do they turn out?

What can I do next?

I use any of those mixed dry seasonings (I have a lot of Pampered chef ones for some reason)... They're all different, but all taste good! Whatever I use to season the chicken/beef/whatever else we're eating, I sprinkle some on the veggies as well... YUM! And you can't go wrong with plain old seasoning salt :)

Italian seasoning
Salt, Pepper and some fresh garlic with a dash of lemon juice

**Not sure how the frozen veggies will work in a grill pan, but let us know b/c I have a bunch of frozen veggies too and it's too nice outside not to use the grill!

just be sure to put either a little bit of butter or oil on the pan so nothing sticks. I have never done frozen veggies I use fresh veggies on the grill. I use the frozen ones for stir fry or to add to soups.
Good luck

First, I'd thaw and drain the veggies, zucchini and Squash will get soggy when cooking if you don't.
I put mine in a large baggie with oil (usually olive), garlic salt, and Tastefully Simple's Garlic Garlic. Zesty italian dressing is also yummy!

I've never done frozen veggies on the grill. I would defrost and then pat dry with a papertowel. Season with a little salt and pepper. You could also try a little garlic powder, seasoned salt, adobe seasoning.
