Frozen Breast Milk - Springfield,GA

Anyone know how long you can keep breast milk that was frozen in the fridge? I'm using it to mix with solids so I'm only using a small amount at a time. Thank you!
Edit:I guess I should be more specific. If I take milk that's already frozen, how long does it keep for once it's thawed in the fridge?

What can I do next?

What I am planning on doing soon for my LO once he starts on solids is freezing breastmilk in a container that looks just like an ice cube tray with a lid. I bought it from Amazon, I just searched for baby and feeding. This way you can defrost as much or as little as you need. I know that wasn't the question, but hope it helps anyway :)

I think just 24 hours once defrosted.

24 hours. Just do small amounts in bags, like 2 oz.

Frozen milk can last 6-8 months. Once thawed, use it that same day and keep unused portion in the fridge. Be sure to shake/mix it well before using/pouring.

24 hours is the standard recommendation. For what it's worth - breastmilk that has gone bad smells/tastes really bad. If you aren't sure if it's good, do a smell/taste test. If you are still freezing - I knew someone that froze her milk in ice cube trays and then transferred to heavy ziplocks, so she could just thaw one or two at a time to mix with cereal.

I believe it's 6 month in a reg freezer and 1 year in a deep freezer.

Frozen in the fridge? As in frozen in the freezer attached to the fridge? Approx 2-3 months.

Deep freeze - 6 months or longer
Just cold in the fridge - approx 10 days.

Check the breastmilk bag - mine has the listings printed right on there, if I remember correctly.
