I got one at Kohls several years ago. It was just a pullover shirt type with a hood and we put it over green sweats. Cute.

I know Kohl's has cute animal costumes that are reasonable when they are on sale. (Babies R Us also carries cute animal costumes.)

Update.... I was in TJ Max today and saw a cute zip up from head to toe frog costume for $16.99. (This particular store only had two left and they were 4T.)
