My kid's have watched the movie, my daughter (13) and my son (9), i think it is annoying the way he talks and acts! I make my kids change the channel when any of the "Fred" shows come on! I wish they offered better shows on Nick and Disney, it has all changed for the worse!

The allure......none! My kids (5 and 12) have had it on and I had the same opinion as you! STUPID show! I make them turn it, can't stand to hear his voice. It is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. LOL

My 7 y/o tries to watch it...but I soon turn it off or change the channel.

Oh, I sooo dislike Fred.

He had a movie a while back on Nick, that my son made me watch with him - the fact that Fred has a show now is just frightening. Thank goodness my son now thinks it is a waste of air space also.

Fred is a guy who started his own youtube channel. The movies he made are pretty terrible, I much prefer his youtube stuff b/c it is hilarious and relatively clean and in small doses. I haven't seen his tv show, but way to go for a young teenager to make his own brand! He did it all on his own in his free time. The stuff he did in the beginning when he was younger is the best. Obviously, it's meant for a younger audience.

I know what you're talking. I've had the pleasure (not) of watching it a few times and all I can say is "WOW". Not sure why it's even on the air. It is the worst show I think I've ever seen.

LOL, I can take the show for a few minutes, honestly he cracks me up! but I have way too much stuff to do to sit and watch the whole show. However my daughter (10) loves it and I don't mind her watching, God knows there are worse shows out there.

I have watched it a time or two. My 12 year old likes it sometimes. My 7 year old doesn't really pay much attention to it. It personally grates on my nerves ! He just irritates the crud out of me. But I haven't seen anything really wrong with it.

FRED... I know what you are talking about, don't get it either... I think it has to do with his voice and how fast he talks and how stupid he acts... My kids liked him about 2 years ago, when they were in middle school, now that they are in high school they say he's lame...

I cannot stand that show, but my 9 yr old cracks up over it. He dosen't really care for it either but if he's totally bored he will sit thru it.
His obnoxious voice gets under my skin :). Fred and that other show Victorious.....oh goodness that girl constantly WHINES through out the whole show.

Fred is just hyper and Free Spirited. As Lady Gaga says he was "Born this Way" I think people see him as both funny and annoying.... I don't think there should be a show about this kid in my opinion.

I personally don't let my daughter watch that type of show. And I am only 25 and the shows I had as a child are much different that the shows kids have available to them.

I don't like many of the shows on tv for kids now. So I keep my kiddo busy and limit her tv time which she doesn't seem to mind as long as I keep her engaged.

Fred started out as a character on the iCarly show. My daughter watched iCarly, which I liked, and I hated episodes with Fred.
She told me that Fred has his own show now. I haven't see it yet.
She's 9. And she thinks it's the stupidest thing ever! LOL

I can't explain it at all as I don't get it either! I can't stand him but for some reason my kids think he is funny. Other than being so stupid its not hurting them in anyway watching it but I wont let them watch it in the same room Im in :)

My kids like it. I have seen it and it is actually pretty funny. His voice does grate on my nerves after a bit but his expressions are hysterical.

Same reason why we liked Steve Urkel...cause it was funny to us!! Guess Fred is the modern day Urkel.

You should watch it. It's flipping hilarious!
