Stay away from anything that increases estrogen. Estrogen dominance causes miscarriage problems, infertility and more.
These things all mimic estrogen:
Any lotion/shampoos/soaps with parabens or benzophenones. Coconut oil can be used on skin for lotion.
Floride and Chlorine in pools and tap water. If you get a tap filter like a reverse osmosis, it will also remove minerals, so you will need to get mineral supplementation. For example, certain filters will remove magnesium, but a shortage of magnesium causes preeclampsia, so that wouldnt be good either. Another way to remove chlorine from tap is to fill a pitcher with water and let it sit out for 24 hours. The chlorine will dissipate. I've also read that adding vit c powder to it will get rid of chlorine.
Flax seed and flax oil. Red Clover.Alfalfa, beer, coffee, sunflower seed, pomegranite,licorice, chamomile.
SOY in ALL forms. any word with soy in it, in the ingredient list. Soy is heavy in processed, created foods. I beleive teqtured vegetable protien is soy as well.
BHA and BHT preservatives in cereal boxes and other processed foods.
Plastics. Try to drink out of glass and use glass containers. Do not reheat in micro on plastic.
Buy organic vegs and fruits. Our main fertilizer used in the USA is estrogenic.
Some fertility docs use progesterone cream (wild yams) to stop miscarriage (because progesterone balances out estrogen dominance,) while having the patient stop using all the products that mimic estrogen. Eating raw nuts, seeds and olives support progesterone. Never use progesterone cream without a doctor's orders. Taking progesterone and still eating and being exposed to all the estrogen mimicers can make you feel sick and make symptoms worse.
