I have been making my sons food home made since he was four months old. I still puree his foods but also feed him table foods as well. My question is regarding left overs. Say I make a dinner for myself and my husband and son and there are enough leftovers for a few days. Can I reheat and feed my son those left overs the next day.

I made box of pastina yesterday and I put the remaining amounts in the refrigerator. Can I serve that to my son reheated the next day. What is the rule.

A.

What can I do next?

I wouldn't see that as being a problem. He should be able to eat leftovers.

No problems with serving leftovers. If you are very concerned about food safety, go with the rule that is printed on the baby food jars . . . Once opened (or in your case cooked), refrigerate and toss after 3 days.
