The best place to find a foil bag recipe ideas is at a Boy Scouts of America scout store. They do all kinds of camping and foil bags are commonly used. Books have been written about foil packs and camping.
Good luck to you and yours.
We are getting pretty tired of the same old things we grill.
So my question is: I am looking for some new foil bag recipes:) what kind of foil bags do you make?
Thank you all in advance!
Thank you for the great ideas!
Laura I am def going to try both of those :)

I use heavy duty alumminum foil and put the food in it I want to cook. Fish is quick and easy so with that go tender veggies that cook fast like chard, jullienned carrots and broccoli, sprinkle of salt and pepper and a slice of lemon, close the bag and on the grill it goes or even into an hot oven. Always good and little clean up....that is my favorite part !!
Hi. What a great question!
I take small red potatoes and cut them in 1/2, place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Then I add sliced onion, bell pepper and zucchini/squash (you choose how big), fresh garlic, salt, pepper and pretty much any (fresh preferred) herbs. Toss it all together, put foil bag and grill til tender. I suppose you can forgo the bowl and just assemble it on the foil. :)
Also, salmon is awesome grilled in a foil bag. I do it simple. I just put the salmon on foil that has been sprayed with Pam, place salmon on the foil, top with fresh ground pepper and fresh squeezed lemon juice. I also put a slice of lemon on top of the salmon...
Happy grilling!
