I flew multiple times throughout my pregnancy. As early as 9 wks to California, 20 wks to Chicago, and as late as 33 wks to Seattle for a baby shower! I was blessed with a very smooth pregnancy & and healthy baby girl. My only suggestions are to be sure you stay hydrated and WALK!
Drink plenty of water! Flying has a tendancy to dehydrate people. I was drinking almost a gallon the days I would fly. I'd start with 32oz before I left the house, buy a liter at the airport once I was thru security, tons of water on the airplane, and then once I landed, that's right, I'd drink some more! I know, like we don't have to run to the girls' room enough as it is, but keep in mind, getting dehydrated is one of the leading causes for pre-term labor and add the heat & flying on top of that, it's important to keep the water coming! You probably get the "water" talk all the time from your Dr. anyway with it so hot, so this is probably not anything you haven't heard already.
Secondly, Ohio, you're probably looking at 5 hrs on an airplane minimum with boarding, flight, taxiing - uhhh! Be sure to get up a few times during flight and "walk". I would go back to the galley, (the flight attendants should understand) and "stretch my legs", if not able to "move about", than do ankle rolls, knee bends, etc. at your seat.
If you have more questions, please feel free to email me.
p.s. Have a great time at the wedding! Take care!
