I know there are alot of different ways to get deals with Disney/Disney Resorts for a whole package including hotel/car/amusement parks, etc. And I know there are other companies that do this too. It's kinda overwhelming to get online and look at them all. Do you of you have any suggestions? Have any of you used or know someone that have used any of these companies, you what are you comments and suggestions and price ranges? Thanks a bunch!

I called Disney direct. They gave me a fantastic price for the whole pkg. The dining plan worked out nicely and saved us a few hundred dollars.
We did not want to rent a car this time. We stayed at Carribean Beach and used the bus, etc. to get to the parks. We got off the plane, got on the Disney bus & within a half hour we were dropped off at Carribean Beach. Each morning we got on the bus.. and went to a park. My cousin goes to Disney in the Fall and the Dining Plan is usually free---It's less crowded because kids are back in school during Sept and October, but it is usually rainy when they go.

If you are a military family, they will do it on base at Special Services for free.

I used a local travel agent when we booked our trip. They get their money from Disney so it didn't cost us anything more and they were able to make sure we got what we wanted (asked questions we may not have thought of).

Contact a local travel agent. That is what we did, they handled EVERYTHING.

My husband and I are big Disney fans. In the past, I always looked for deals.
Not many out there. However, thru Disney you can get a good package
when they advertise on TV. One year we got the Dining Plan FREE!!! That
saved a bundle. Depends on the time of year you are traveling. Usually
the slower times is when you get the good deals. We now have a timeshare so we no longer go for the packages. I have found that no matter how you do it, for a seven night stay for four people it will run you
around 1700-2000 without food.

We used AAA in 2011 and they helped us out with the stay, and we received a discount. They handled everything from the flight, hotel, park tickets etc. Then, we primarily used the Disney website to plan the days at the park. There are buses that go from hotel to hotel to all of the parks, so don't fret about how to get to the park. We never waited long to get on the bus, and I think the longest ride was 10-15 min. Enjoy, it is truly a magical experience!!
