Keep offering the veggies. She will learn to like them. Sweet potatoes are a good starting point, very good for her plus the sweetness appeals to children. keep offering cooked carrots, beans, peas etc. One way to help entice her to eat carrots would be to cook them with some apples or in apple juice. The sweetness of the apples will absorb into the carrots & make them more appealing. Brown rice is good to. To add a little more to it you could make a basic fried rice with egg & a few peas and carrot so she has the protien & the veggies again placed before her. It my take some time but the more you offer them to her the more likely she will start to eat & enjoy them. The sooner she starts to eat veggies the easier it will be to keep her eating them as she gets older.
