Finding "Real Home Employment" W/o Sales, Gimmicks, Pyramids, or Any Money Down!

I have been completely dedicated to my children for the past ten years. My youngest is starting preschool...although just two days a week. I really need to find a legitimate job that will fit around my schedule with my family. Of course, as I'm sure thousands others, I would prefer for it to be out of my house. I'm not talking about "be your own boss and make unimaginable amounts of money" either. It's a lonely thing to have someone always attached to you and have to let them go. In a perfect world I would have another child. I know it's time to focus on myself. So if anyone has any tips I would appreciate it....again, no sales, gimmicks, pyramids, or money down. Thanks!

What can I do next?

M C,

My one and only child started school in 2000.

After a lot of volunteer work at her elementary school, I was asked to be a substitute. I have a college degree (required by PISD), applied and started in 2000. I've been subbing at the same elementary school since.

My baby is in 8th grade now and I am still called a day or so weekly to come in and sub. Also, since I have been there so long, most of my jobs are preplanned.

I don't know if this might work for you or what you have in mind but the little money a I get for it is rewarding.

I also subbed at the preschool!!

The hours fit with my daughter's hours.
Good luck!

You didn't say what you like to do. What are your interests? Have you looked into how much it costs for pre-school vs doing your own pre-school? I heard of a homeschooling family that sold bread to neighbors. Another family raised and sold fresh herbs to neighbors and a small restaurant near their home. What are you talented in? What do you think you would like to learn? I heard of one Mom who quit her job because between taxes and daycare she only made $2 per hour; figuring in lunches and other miscl. expenses she lost money per month. Have you thought of selling on e-bay? I wish you well, you have a lot to think about and an adventure ahead of you.

Try applying with Hilton at Home. I just met with them today and have an interview on Monday. It is part time (20-29 hours a week) with really flexible hours. You DO, however, have to be available for 7 weeks of training...4 hours a day...and cannot miss or be late. The pay is so so but it seems like a fun, and LEGIT work at home job for moms.

The first thing you should know is that the internet is full of scams, only 1 out of 10000 sites are legit and paying when it comes to online jobs. If you want to register to any work at home job, i will suggest you to google it first with the word scam at the end of the search to see testimonials and comments.

You might want to know where to start with online jobs. The first thing i will tell you will be PTC or paid to click sites. They pay you, moms who are just at home sitting on the front of your computer to click ADs or online advertisements... so How do you start
