First and foremost what do you want to be when you grow up. Okay what I mean is when your kids are all in school, what do you aspire to do? This may be your time to get your foot in the door somewhere part time and work your way to full time later. If there is something you want to do in the medical field look at your closest hospital, any department, part time evenings it will give you exposure to the environment to see if that is where you want to be. Education? want to teach or just need some? check out you local colleges, alot need evening registrars, bookstore staff, receptionists for evening programs. Hospitality or travel check out hotels in the area for front desk or other areas. Retail if you are interested go to a store that may have things you may need to buy, you will get possibly a store discount and alot need evening staff that is not 16. Smaller stores usually take in the non-teenage crowd as there are times that they may need to run the store by theirselves and most don't or won't leave a minor running the show you have kids so think children's place, gymboree, gap kids, toys r us, baby's r us, furniture stores, places with appliances. Don't get trapped into a work at home that costs you any money, it sounds as if you can't afford it right now and you don't want to get deeper by "WORKING" AND "PAYING FOR IT".
