I too felt both my children at 12 weeks. Yes the feeling is similar to gas but not the same; you know the difference. Both memories are incredibly vivid.
This is my 2nd pregnancy and I know that you don't feel any fetal movement until later on in 2nd Trimester, but I'm starting to wonder. I'm 12 weeks and I swear I feel something rolling around in there. Is this possible? :)
Ok, so I put the question out to all my mommy friends on facebook and on here as well and I'm convinced what I'm feeling is fetal movement. It's been going on for about 5 days now and it hasn't stopped. I can feel my lil one rolling around quite a bit! I'm so happy that I'm so in tune with my body! :)

I felt my son (my one and only child) at 14 weeks. I remember vividly, because I was sitting on the toilet and felt a somersault in my stomach!! He never let up after that.
I think so. I think, based on my experiences, the more active the baby, the earlier you feel him. Congrats!
Sure it is. Being your second pregnancy you are more in tune and know
what it feels like. Probably feeling little flutters. Congratulations.
I felt my third baby MUCH earlier at about 3 1/2 months along. Let the butterflies begin!
I thought I could feel stuff too at 12 weeks, but it probably was just gas. This is my 3rd baby, Im 22 weeks, I probably didnt really feel regular movement until about 18-20weeks.
I only found out that i was pregnant when I was 13 weeks... so before that I definately felt no movement...at 13 weeks they basically the size of a jelly bean...but I so remember the scan, that jelly bean was jumping around the doctor said the baby will be more active esp when you eat or drink something sweet, I just didnt feel anything then.
I yea! I felt my second one @ 13 weeks this time! There was a long time between feeling and then feeling again. I felt it again @ around 16 weeks and then more regularly.
